The finca is located in the hills (altitude 270 m) of Almayate (area of Vélez-Málaga), and only at 4 km of the beach. From the house, on top of the hill, one has a fantastic 360° panoramic view on the sea to the south and on the mountains (Sierra de Tejada) to the north. Sunshine is guaranteed all day!
The property is located at 6 km of Torre del Mar (10 min. drive), 20 km of Nerja and 30 km of Málaga. The airport of Málaga is at 30-45 min. away by car (depending on the traffic). The beautiful place of Granada and the nearby ski resorts are only one hour and a half driving distance away.
