This development is facing the sea approx. 10 Kms South of Benidorm (Costa Blanca) on the outskirts of the coastal town of Villajoyosa and within easy reach of the two main Theme Parks, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura. The nearest Airport is Alicante and there is a very good road/motorway connection allowing a driving time to the
apartment of approx. 45 mins.
The apartment block was completed in 2003 and this apartment is on the 2nd floor with a full width balcony overlooking the pedestrian promenade above the sea edge. Access to the beach/sea is via steps at each end of the development and reached in a matter of minutes.
There is also a very large communal swimming pool at the side of the block and an assigned parking space under the block.
