These plots are situated in the olive groves just behind the small village of Kalamos, approx. 400m from the beaches.
Kalamos is on the Pelion peninsular, which is on the Aegean side of Greece, half way between Athens and Thessaloniki.
The peninsular forms a Gulf called Pegasitic Gulf and Kalamos faces west onto this gulf so you get fantastic sunsets.
The plots are large enough to allow the construction of a house of 150 square meters of floor area. ( ie 75 square meters per floor).
Municipal water and elecricity pass nearby so connection to these services would be available. |
