| |  St pierre en faucigny is located in the Haute Savoie at the foot of well known ski area like Chamonix, Grand Bornand or La Clusaz, (20 minutes by car each). Only 20 kms from the Swiss border and from Geneva with its marvellous lake and situated at 500m about sea level, the
temperature is very mild and the sun is generous.
The apartment is located in the center of the village of St. pierre en faucigny, 100 meters from the railway station in a quiet place. If you want to cross the Alps (less than 1 hour by car), you will arrive in Martigny Switzerland or Aosta in Italy. The village has all the facilities (shopping center, medical assistance, doctors, school and college etc.) The taxes level in this village is very low.
| |  You enter the apartment by a big room (40m2) where you have the american kitchen well equipped with quality devices (wash machine, cooking unit with vitroceram, oven and fan, freezer

On the other side of the village house you have two private parking places.
